Proven track record of third party negotiation.
Autonomous, fast paced transport service business, brokering haulage capacity for the joint venture partners with intially 50-100 vehicles delivering bulk product to a broad customer base with constantly changing delivery points.	Functional expert, strongly commercial with business flair. Highly customer orientated. Effective at working with a degree of ambiguity in a complex and dynamic environment.
Key accountabilities will include: the successful establishment of the business from scratch; provision of strategic direction and operational management; the creation of partnerships with independent, external hauliers to optimise delivery performance, customer service and cost control.	Team builder and leader, with enlightened results oriented management style, able to deliver through others. Naturally strategic, but pragmatic in implementation.
