History Set up in 1991 by:- Keith Townrow - Previously he spent six years with one of the largest executive resourcing businesses in Europe, leaving as Regional Managing Director. Experienced in international sales and marketing with Ford Motor Company, Canada Dry (Africa) and Rank Xerox, before being appointed as Managing Director of a DRG subsidiary. He has recruited more than 300 executives at Chief Executive, Director and management levels across a wide business range. Senior Consultants:- Roger Woolf - Sales and Distribution Director for the Gaymer Group formed in a £140m Management Buy-Out. Wide sales and marketing experience within the Imperial Group and various Allied-Lyons subsidiaries, having held Board appointments in business development, marketing, sales and distribution. He has extensive knowledge of the retail and wholesale distribution channels, having worked for over 25 years in the food and drink industries. Philip Hull - 20 years international experience in manufacturing, sales, marketing and general management. He has worked for BP, Bayer, International Paper and Quarto Publishing, the last 10 years being at Board Directorship level. He has wide knowledge in FMCG non-foods, the visual communications, industry-to-industry and service sectors. Neil Day - Highly experienced in sales, marketing and general management. During a career spanning 28 years, he has worked for BOCM Silcock, Unigate and Dalgety – latterly in commercial and general management. His background has given him extensive knowledge of the agricultural industry.
